You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You have 14 days to request a refund provided the purchased item is in the same condition as when it was purchased.

We will use a courier provider that will provide a tracking number for your order.

We will contact you if there is a delay with your order, otherwise orders are sent within 3 business days.

This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site. Our prices

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

All care is taken, however, due to circumstances beyond our control catalogue prices and specifications are subject to variations without notice.

We will charge you, and you agree to pay the purchase price of each product that is ordered, the delivery fee for your order that we notify to you when you place your order (“Delivery Charges”) and any other fees and charges set out in our Delivery Policy.
